Encounter with Corban Yaxley in the Ministry

While inside the Ministry, the trio encounters Corban Yaxley, a Death Eater. Corban Yaxley orders Ron (disguised as Reg Cattermole) to fix a magical rain problem in his office. He also cruelly taunts Ron about Cattermole's wife, who is awaiting interrogation for being a Muggle-born. The trio quickly realizes that Ron must fix the office while Harry and Hermione continue their mission.
