Arthur Weasley uses magic to burst through the boarded-up fireplace, sending the electric fire flying across the room. The Weasleys emerge in a cloud of dust, shocking the Dursleys. Arthur apologizes for the mess and explains that he temporarily connected the Dursleys' fireplace to the Floo Network to pick up Harry.
