Alastor Moody Suggests Foul Play

Alastor Moody enters the room and suggests that someone deliberately entered Harry's name into the Goblet to put him in danger. Karkaroff dismisses the theory as paranoid, but Moody insists that the Goblet was Confunded and that Harry's name was submitted under a fourth school.
