Harry receives his Hogwarts letter and learns that he has been made Quidditch Captain. Hermione is excited that Harry now has equal status with prefects. Mrs. Weasley insists that they cannot delay their trip to Diagon Alley to buy school supplies any longer, but worries about security following the recent disappearances.
