Harry, Ron, and Hermione follow Draco Malfoy to Knockturn Alley, where they see him enter Diagon Alley - Borgin and Burkes. Using Extendable Ears, they eavesdrop on Malfoy's conversation with the shopkeeper, Mr. Borgin. Malfoy demands that Borgin repair something and reserve an unknown item, threatening him with retribution from Fenrir Greyback if he fails.
