Harry orders Kreacher and Dobby to follow Draco Malfoy, forbidding Kreacher from tipping off Malfoy about the mission. Dobby is eager to help, while Kreacher resents the order but ultimately agrees. Harry instructs them to report to him regularly without anyone else finding out about their mission.
