Rosmerta (Three Broomsticks) informs Harry and Dumbledore that the Dark Mark has appeared over Hogwarts. This revelation shocks both of them. Dumbledore, despite his weakened state, insists they must return to the school immediately and calls for brooms to be summoned from the Three Broomsticks.
