Fudge is Replaced by Scrimgeour

Fudge explains that he has been sacked due to his failure to manage the escalating threats from Lord Voldemort. He introduces his successor, Rufus Scrimgeour, who arrives through the fireplace. Scrimgeour immediately begins to take control of the situation, ordering increased security for the Prime Minister and revealing that the new secretary, Kingsley Shacklebolt, is a wizard assigned to protect him.
