Argus Filch catches Draco Malfoy sneaking into Slughorn's party without an invitation. Though Filch is excited to punish Malfoy, Slughorn lets Draco stay, much to Harry's confusion. Harry notices that Draco looks pale and sickly, while Snape seems concerned but hides it quickly.
