A Howler addressed to Petunia Dursley arrives, shouting, “Remember my last, Petunia.” The cryptic message causes Petunia Dursley to panic and decide that Harry must stay at Privet Drive. Harry is bewildered by the Howler and demands answers from his aunt, who refuses to explain the significance of the message.
