Hermione notices Fred and George Weasley giving Nosebleed Nougats and other joke products to first-year students in the common room. Furious, she confronts them, warning that the products could be dangerous. Fred and George defend their actions, stating they have tested the products on themselves and are paying the students. Hermione threatens to write to their mother, which shocks the twins. She returns to the fire, visibly angry.
