Luna Lovegood laughs at Ron's joke, and Harry discovers The Quibbler's article on Sirius

Ron makes a joke about Goyle, causing Luna Lovegood to laugh uncontrollably, much to everyone's amusement. As Luna drops her magazine, Harry notices an article about Sirius Black in The Quibbler, which claims that Sirius is really a singer named Stubby Boardman. The absurdity of the article amuses Harry, but Luna takes offense when Hermione dismisses The Quibbler as rubbish.
