Harry, Ron, and Hermione prepare to leave for King's Cross, but Mad-Eye insists on waiting for Sturgis Podmore to join them as part of the guard. Mrs. Weasley becomes increasingly frantic, but eventually, they leave with Tonks, and Sirius in Animagus form accompanies them despite Mrs. Weasley's objections. They walk to the station, with Sirius joyfully enjoying the rare chance to be outdoors.
