During his final O.W.L. exam, History of Magic, Harry begins to have a vision while answering his test questions. In the vision, he is Lord Voldemort, torturing Sirius Black in the Department of Mysteries, forcing him to retrieve something. Harry yells aloud, disrupting the Great Hall as the vision becomes overwhelming. He realizes that Sirius is in grave danger.
