Crookshanks Protects Sirius Black

After Harry's failed attack on Sirius Black, Crookshanks leaps onto Black's chest, seemingly protecting him. The cat's actions confuse Harry, who hesitates in his plan to kill Black. However, Harry is interrupted by approaching footsteps coming up the stairs.
