Hagrid Celebrates Buckbeak's Escape

Hagrid finds Harry, Ron, and Hermione on the grounds and excitedly tells them that Buckbeak has escaped. He celebrates the fact that the hippogriff is safe and free, despite the troubling events involving Sirius Black and Remus Lupin. Hagrid also shares the news that Snape revealed Lupin's werewolf status to the school.
