As the Weasleys, Harry, and Hermione rush to leave the Leaky Cauldron, they are busy managing trunks, owls, and a loudly protesting Crookshanks. Percy storms in angrily, and Harry tries to speak to Ron privately, but the chaos of leaving prevents it. Arthur Weasley arrives to announce that Ministry cars have arrived to take them to King's Cross.
