The next day, Ron and Hermione confront Harry about what he plans to do after overhearing the truth about Sirius Black. Harry reveals to them that every time a dementor gets near, he hears his mother, Lily Potter, screaming as she pleads with Lord Voldemort for Harry's life. He also explains his overwhelming desire for revenge against Sirius Black for betraying his parents.
