Other Houses react to the new decree

Upon entering the Great Hall for breakfast, Harry, Ron, and Hermione notice that the decree has sparked chatter among all the Houses. Neville Longbottom, Dean Thomas, Fred, George, and Ginny Weasley gather around Harry to ask if they are still going ahead with the Defense group. Harry confirms that they will proceed despite the new decree, and Hermione cautions some of their members not to approach them too conspicuously.
