Harry and Hermione Find Sirius Black Near the Lake

Harry and Hermione hear Sirius Black in pain and rush to his aid. They find him near the edge of the lake, having transformed back into a man after his fight with Remus Lupin. Sirius is severely injured and in distress, but before Harry and Hermione can help, they see a mass of Dementors approaching from across the lake.
